Today’s real estate market is alive with sudden market shifts and changes. You can put your confidence in Brad Boisvert’s experience to assist you thru the home buying and selling process.
Brad started his real estate career in the early nineties at a time when the market was still recovering from the real estate crash of the late eighties. It was a tough time. At the invincible age of 23 he spent the first nine months of his real estate career on the phone, with the phone book by his side, dialing for listings. The hang ups and rejection only fueled him until one day someone said, “Yes, come on over I would be interested in talking to you about selling my house.” Shocked, Brad hung up, but quickly dialed back and booked that appointment. Unfortunately, Brad didn’t get that listing but he was on his way with his real estate career.
Today, Brad actively studies the market both from the
statistical standpoint but as well as from listening and gauging consumer’s
reaction. This focus allows Brad to educate and assist you with making the best
decision for yourself and for your household.
often hear Brad telling customers and clients that real estate transactions are
one part investment and one part emotion. While Brad can’t influence the
emotional aspect of your real estate transaction he will assist you with the
investment angle so that you not only achieve your immediate home ownership
goals but are on the proper path to reach your future homeownership goals as
What does Brad’s experience mean to his sellers? Well,
his Sellers can be rest assured that their home will be brought to market in
the best light possible. He’ll guide you thru preparing your home for sale so
that it’s ready for both photos and so that it appeals to the largest buying
audience. His efforts don’t stop there; Brad’s focus ensures that no stone is
left unturned in locating a buyer for your home. Often it’s just that one extra
phone call that translates into you selling your home.
Brad brings this same experience to his Buyers. Brad
believes in educating his buyers so that they know as much as he does about the
market segment they are interested in purchasing. By sharing his knowledge of
construction, pricing and the marketplace, Brad and his buyers can work
together to identify the right property at the appropriate price that will
allow them to accomplish their immediate goals but their long time financial
goals as well.
Brad is a native of New Hampshire and has been a part of
the real estate industry for most of his life. Brad comes from a large family
who are actively involved in the housing industry. His father, Leo, was an
active real estate developer in the Merrimac Valley region, and inspired by
their Dad’s success, his siblings have moved on to become commercial developers
and electrical contractors. As a child, Brad could be found on job sites
working clean up detail and later as an electrical assistant.
Brad left Rocky Mountain College in 1993 and started his
Real Estate career at Prudential Rush Realty in 1995. He shortly after moved to
RE/MAX Coast to Coast and had a long successful career there achieving many awards
both on the local level as well as with RE/MAX International including Platinum
Club, the 100 Club, Top Sales Commission, Top Gross Volume, Top Unit Sales, the
Lifetime Achievement Award and entry into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
When Brad is not working you’ll find him playing fetch with his new puppy, Arnie (after the late Arnold Palmer). If Arnie gives him a break you’ll find him at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club or the Portsmouth’s Country Club playing golf
course, playing hockey, or skiing in the White Mountains.
